MultiCare RN Residency-Begin 5/16/16

Hi all! I just recently submitted an app to this RN residency at MultiCare. Got an email said that my app had been forwarded to hiring manager. Did some research on the forum and it seems that they only have one interview. Have anyone applied here too? Anyone get interview already?

Multicore only has one interview as far as I know. But asking for references does not necessarily mean they are going to hire you. They did it for me and but did not hire me. After they requesting references, they HR will send out an email to give you instruction on how to do it. They use a third party company to do the reference check online. That's all the information I know. Best luck for you!

Thank you for the info. I got my references within a day of my phone interview, and got an offer 2 days later. HR said it was early in their hiring process.

I'm starting near the end of August. I liked how Tacoma general treated me during my interviews compared to another big hospital I got an offer from in seattle. I also liked the vibes on the floor better at Tacoma. Congrats on your offer as well :)
