Hi all! I just recently submitted an app to this RN residency at MultiCare. Got an email said that my app had been forwarded to hiring manager. Did some research on the forum and it seems that they only have one interview. Have anyone applied here too? Anyone get interview already?

I applied a few weeks ago and got a call today from the unit manager of NICU to schedule a phone interview next week!
Thanks Marian for your reply!!! I also applied NICU at Tacoma General Hospital. Please keep me posted. Best luck for your interview!!! Figures crossed that I can get an interview and get the job too!Wish we can be coworkers!!! That's exciting :)
Good luck to you too! I'm nervous cos I'm in California and have to wait for my license to get endorsed ://
@ Marian.olea How did your interview go? Heard anything back yet? Hope you can get an offer.

Hey! I just applied to peds at Mary Bridge (PICU) and put NICU as my second choice. Did you guys hear back after taking the personality quiz thing? I just did it today.
Yes, they won't review your app until you've done that test. Best luck for you!

I just applied 2 days ago! Looking to be in ed or critical care. Have they contacted you for an interview yet? I just did the personality assessment yesterday.
Also, Marian.olea, I really hope California is on top of it with your verification. I just got my Washington license (I endorsed from California too) and took me almost 3 months to get that damn verification request sent :/
Yes, I had an interview with them about two weeks ago but didn't get an offer though. k011408 you should expect to get an email notification say that your application has been forwarded to hiring manager after the HR screen your application and think you meet their requirements. Best luck for you!
Aw damn. Sorry to hear. But that just means there's a better hospital for you out there í ½í¸Š
Would you mind if I ask how the interview process was like?
Hoping you will find your match soon!
Thank you, k011408. The interview was with two assistant managers of the unit since the nurse manage was not there on that day. Some standard question like: Tell me about yourself. What do you expect you are going to be in five years? I think one thing you have to convey is that you really like this hospital and you are going to stay really long after the residency program. They don't want to invest money and time on a person who won't stay long. Just my 2cents.

I had a phone interview with Tacoma general today. They told me to get references sent to the hiring team. Does anyone know if there will be a second interview?
Has anyone started their residency program there in the past, if so, how is it? How to do you like working for Tacoma general?
