MTSA 2020

Hello all!

I am going to be applying for MTSA's doctorate program for nurse anesthesia. The application opens in January of 2019. Just wondering if anyone else out there is going to be applying? I just finished my first year of nursing in a Level 2 Trauma ICU! By the time I apply I will have about a year and a half of nursing experience. Hopefully this will be enough!

Anyone think they did horrible, or is that just me? ?

Yeah there were questions I couldn’t answer. Overall, I didn’t think I did “horrible”, but don’t think I did great either. Either way, I was impressed by the panel of interviewers; they made the process as easy as possible and gave hints/redirections when necessary.

At the end, there will be people that think they did great but won’t get in, and also those who think they did “horrible” but end up getting accepted. No one can be too sure or defeated until the results are out.

Those who would fail are those that give up. It doesn’t end here. Whatever will be will be... maybe not this school or not this year.

i know we all want it now, but....no one knows the future.

Agreed. Honestly, it depends on the staff!! You can have GREAT stats, interview you can knock out of the park. But if you don't click with the staff, then you just will not get in!
