MTSA 2020

Hello all!

I am going to be applying for MTSA's doctorate program for nurse anesthesia. The application opens in January of 2019. Just wondering if anyone else out there is going to be applying? I just finished my first year of nursing in a Level 2 Trauma ICU! By the time I apply I will have about a year and a half of nursing experience. Hopefully this will be enough!

I will be applying as well. I have 8.5 years of nursing experience, most in a level 2 trauma ED with some ICU time as well. I’m terrified of the GRE. Have you taken it yet? I have my CCRN, but for some reason the math freaks me out.

I have not taken the GRE yet and I’m also terrified! I have my PALS, CCRN, and TCRN. The GRE scares me to death though! I’ll only have two years of experience in the ICU though. I graduated and came straight to trauma!

When are you taking it? We are at the same hospital. ? come down and visit sometime

Yes! I’ll be there tomorrow night, Thursday and Friday.

I’m also applying. I still have to submit the application though.
