Mt. Sac nursing 2017

Published

Hi guys,

I just submitted my application to Mt. Sac just a few days ago. I know they are taking applications until Sept. 1, 2016. This application period is for a start date Spring 17'

I'll be posting any updates on here, hopefully others will also contribute to their experience or updates on their process.

That's all I'm bringing too! Weird question: we can just wear jeans or whatever, right? Or is it supposed to be dressy?

So all we really have to have with us tomorrow is our completed math packet, right? And obviously a pen and notebook for information. Is that it? I feel like I'm missing or forgetting something.
don't forget to bring $4 in ones or change to pay for parking!! And bring lunch or money for food. :)
Have you decided which program you want to do?

Yes, I'm going with Mt. Sac.

Hi guys... Im currently still taking my general education classes and I was wondering how the point system works... Can anyone give me any insight on the point system please :)

Do a search for Mt Sac Nursing Department, click on the tab that says "admission procedure," and go to "multi - criteria screening." It will break it down for you.

Hello, those of you that started the program, what kind/type of stethoscope did you get? Do you like it? Thank you!

Get a [h=2]3M Littmann Classic III Stethoscope or something cheaper. Don't get any of the[/h][h=2]3M Littmann Cardiology stethoscopes because they're for cardiologists. I got the 3m littman classic III but also bought a really cheap one for back up.[/h]
