Mt Sac nursing fall 2017

Hi guys,

I submitted my application to Mt. Sac nursing program for the fall 2017 application period.

I have yet to see a thread on this particular application period for Mt. SAC so I hope many more join this thread. I'll be posting any updates on here, hopefully others will also contribute to their experience or updates on their process.

I've done everything at Mt. sac so they have it automatically. Which luckily saves me a lot of hassle! Haha

Yes! Won't have my appointment for a couple weeks. Can you ask what the lowest amount of points were for the top 60 applicants at your appoint? 🙂

Hello all,

I had my appointment today at 3pm. I found out that I made top 60! Woo!! Also, I found out cut off was 77 points. I got in at 77 points but there were so many at 77 points that not all the 77 points are top 60. I was told that acceptance emails will be sent out the first week in May, and the orientation will probably be the week of June 19th. I also had my appointment with a counselor new to the nursing appointments, I was actually her first nursing student. So, I got as much info as I could get. I would appreciate any extra info anyone finds out. Good luck to everyone on their upcoming appointments! :cat:

Hi Liz! Thanks for sharing that information. Did the counselor mention how they rank the applicants if they have the same amount of points? I know some schools rank applicants by number of units completed.
