Hi. I am an RN with 3 years of experience. I have worked mostly with oncology. This was medsurg, intermediate care and surgical oncology. I currently work at Ohio state university. I am looking to move to macomb or oakland county. I graduated from oakland university but never worked in Michigan. What are good hospitals to work at in the area? What is the pay like? What are the patient/staff ratios? Is there a union? Do these hospitals force mandatory over time? Are the shift hours 12 or 8? Are there any hospitals with surgical oncology units? Thanks! !
