moving adventure

I am looking to move in 2 years to someplace warmer possibly. I am sick of the crazy winters and snow all the time. By then ill have about 3 years ICU nursing experience. I would love to live somewhere not too crazy expensive and to see the ocean won't take 8 hours. I want to do travel nursing at some point to try and get a feel for where i wanna live and also explore new places, but since this is not feasible for me at this time i was looking for a good place to relocate. Any suggestions?

Jilly-I am at Naples North Community (NCH North) , which is a branch of the downtown NCH Naples hospital. I am not sure about ICU but on nights in med surg our ratio is 6:1. I thought I would have a tough time adjusting b/c I was used to 4:1, but it has been cake. We do get floated alot, but I expected that. I asked and ICU's is 2:1 or 1:1. I absolutely love it down here, and they have lots of travelers who come back to this hospital every year. I would def recommend it. I love it so much, I would love to extend my contract or get another one around here. How long have you been a traveler?
