Hi there, Trying to reapply to Mountain View for the fall 2019. I got denied for the spring. I do not give up that easy so i am trying my luck once more.Hopefully they will consider me the second time.I will schedule an appointment with the admin to know where i went wrong. I decided to start a thread this early so we can help one another and finally share a classroom together.

This time I am applying to as many schools as possible.

So the NCTC requires teas, anyone done the test? I need tips.

Anyone feel really empty now? Because now that all the waiting is over, we still have more waiting to do! Like what is the next step after confirming that we will be attending MVC? I need something to obsess over lol

Too funny! I feel a weight lifted honestly. Just trying to finish out PE so I can keep my spot. I believe the next email will be for our fingerprinting so we can apply for our blue card with BON.

I thought you didn't need a blue card til almost done with the program?

Good question, I thought they had changed that around. Individuals were going through school and not eligible due to backgrounds etc so BON now requires it at the beginning. I may be wrong idk.

Makes sense, either way gotta get it done! ? I'm trying to figure out how we're doing schedules... registration is tomorrow, do they pick our classes or do we get our choice of days?

Yes fingerprinting is next. But usually they pick out our schedules for us. Usually at orientation they will give us schedules.

Do y'all know what they would be sending us in these emails? Does it include anything that requires time sensitive action? I only ask because I have a camp counselor job that only lets us see our phones (and so email) on Saturdays. I am only doing it the month of June but does anyone know or have an idea of what they would be requiring us to do?

The next step is fingerprinting. Not sure how long it takes for them to get the email sent. Yes it is time sensitive. Not sure how many days you will have to get it completed.

Hey! Just to be sure, we don’t register for our own classes right? They do all of that stuff for us?

Correct, I believe they will pass out our schedules during orientation.

Does anyone know if the orientation is when we will do the drug testing and finger printing? Trying to figure out work schedule for the summer.
