Thanks for the info. Do you know if we have to interview? I have read conflicting things. I want to say that there will be an interview, which I would actually love. I hope to hear from MSMC very soon. However, I was just accepted to a BSN program in Milwaukee, WI for less money than MSMC, but I mean, it's Wisconsin. LOL. I don't know, this acceptance changes everything now. I just feel that I've put SO much into MSMC, I don't want to give up.

We'll see. It's nice having options. Did you take the TEAS at MSMC? When did you take it and how many took it with you? Did you find out what a competitive score is?

Hey Jehida!

I am not sure whether or not MSMC does an interview, although I've heard rumors of that also. As for the TEAS, I took it at Glendale Community College - because I applied there as well. I want to say there were about 350 students total who took the TEAS (17 different testing sessions held, ~20 students per).

I actually received a letter from MSMC inviting me to take the TEAS & the time stamp on the envelope was dated October 23. The passing score for MSMC is 68% or above.

Congrats on getting accepted into that BSN program in Milwaukee, WI! & I hope you hear from MSMC soon!

Did you decide on MSMC? I thought you were going to Glendale? Yes, I was accepted as well, exciting isn't it! :yeah:

If you do decide to go to MSMC, it will be nice to already (kind of) know someone.

Congratulations, jehida! I'm so excited that you got into MSMC :) Yes, I've decided to attend GCC - so I probably won't be meeting you in person. But, I wish you all the best in the nursing program!

Hello-

I received an acceptance letter from MSMC today, but I had my mind set on GCC since I received their letter a couple weeks earlier. Now, I'm confused because, well, the pretty white t-shirt for one.. lol... no but really I've heard conflicting opinions on MSMC having a better reputation and looking better on your certificate. I know GCC has a higher passing rate on the NCLEX, but the money is the other issue. Does anyone know the total cost for MSMC? Any help/opinions for deciding would be appreciated... thank you!
