Mount Sinai PSON ABSN Fall 2021

Starting the thread since I could only find Summer 2021z Has anyone applied to and/or gotten an admission decision from Mount Sinai PSON for their ABSN program starting Fall 2021? Where else did you apply? Share stats if comfortable, you know the drill! Thanks!

Thank you. I understand, that's how I felt. I work for a non-profit organization that's affiliated with a community health center that works with substance abusers, HIV/AIDS+ clients, and HepC clients. I also shadowed a Physician Assistant at NYU, I did community service (Food Drive and Clothing Drive, and Community Garden). I'm currently in Grad school w/ a GPA of 3.8, so that could have been a factor as well.

Haha! We’re all in this together! Hopefully we all can meet eachother this fall! 
The medical/ health care experience I’ve done was volunteering at NYU Langone Medical Center at the Nursing floor, running errands from the lab to the rooms to the nutrition department etc., then I interned for over 1 year at Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center as a Social Work Intern, and I also work as a Caregiver for my relative! ?

has anyone got in with not experience? only experience I have is my job ? I sadly don’t have volunteer experience at all.

I’ve worked in a hospital for the past two years and I volunteer with a church and non profit organization

Hey guys, I recently applied on the March 31st. For those who got accepted, Congratulations on your acceptance ?? And I was wondering, did you guys receive a letter in the mail or did they provide you an email?

You always get your acceptance/ response letter through email! Since you’ve applied before the deadline you may receive yours in another few weeks! Good luck! ?
