Hi all,

Has anyone applied to and/or gotten an admission decision from Mount Sinai PSON for the ABSN program starting Summer 2020?

Hi everyone, I called ------------------- yesterday and she told me that the Summer start has been pushed to the Fall 2020 start which is August. She said that they are moving to a new facility uptown on 158th Street. That can be the reason why we haven't heard anything yet.

Hi! Does anyone know when in August the Fall cohort starts? Is it in the beginning?

Last August began the second week of August for preimmersion which is online then we officially began on the last week of August.

I know the email said they are still planning to do rolling admissions. But when you spoke to her did she say when decisions will start coming out? Obviously the school is having internal issues, but I applied months ago at this point so it’s getting frustrating.

I am super confused as well as I am pre accepted into the program (I deferred) and now have no idea what happens with my application because I didn’t have to apply for May.

In the email it says that they did not change the amount of students so it’s going to be more competitive I assume

Just spoke to admissions on the phone, they will be taking double the amount of students!

I talked to her yesterday and she said if you deferred from August 2019 and paid then you still have a spot in August 2020. She said she will be emailing everyone that deferred soon.
