Mosby's or Saunders

Any advice on great NCLEX study books from fundamentals through to adult health III? I don't want to overload myself, but I need a great book with clever NCLEX questions and breaks the rationale down. Thanks!!

I have both these book's for nursing school and each has it's advantages and disadvantages. I use the Saunders more. I like how it is organized and how the review of topics is presented. However it is missing a lot of topics that were covered in class, so I don't know if it covers all the NCLEX topics.

The Mosby's has lots of questions but I find many questions to be too basic and not quite up to the complexity of the Nclex world. It does however, have maybe 3000 questions and they provide the basics for gaining knowledge about a topic.

I have the 5th edition Saunders I know the new 6th edition is out, I don't know what changes they have made except that it no longer comes with the CD and the questions are online at the evolve website.

Both these books are good for nursing school, but specifically for NCLEX next year I'm going to get kaplan review and if I can afford it, q bank, because their questions are the same level as NCLEX.

For various subjects I also used the rationales and review series. It has help me pass fundamentals of nursing in my 1st semester.
