Moorpark College ADN - Fall 2019

Hello all,

I have not found a thread for the application cycle for those applying to the Moorpark program beginning Fall 2019. I thought I would get this going, so we can share thoughts, scores, and all that good stuff. Has anyone else applied? What are your stats?

I went in today and I didn't realize that being accepted as an alternate guarantees a spot for Spring of 2020. Feels pretty good, like a huge weight is lifted off of my shoulders! They want us to attend all of the Fall 2019 meetings just in case. Good luck to those who haven't heard back yet! @msnursingI don't remember the exact figure but I was around there somewhere too. Got an 84% on my TEAS.

Has anyone been accepted off the alternate list or declined their position in the program? I think the last day to accept admission was yesterday, so they should be calling alternates soon.

@scubalife As far as acceptance goes, I haven't on my end at least. The acceptance letter says we can be admitted as late as 08/13, so it could be some time for some of us, if at all. I'm sure we will hear some more at the new student tea, though.

They called me to change my alternate status to an admitted!!! I’m so excited! Good luck to all the other alternates. Fingers crossed for all of you!!!
