  1. Congrats! That's so cool! Fingers crossed for us all! See you Monday. ?
  2. @2bNurseKevorkian I called them to talk about some of the application requirements, and they said that the employment portion of the application was down, so I wouldn't worry about it. And when you refer to West Coast, are you talking about West Coast University?
  3. @scubalife As far as acceptance goes, I haven't on my end at least. The acceptance letter says we can be admitted as late as 08/13, so it could be some time for some of us, if at all. I'm sure we will hear some more at the new student tea, though.
  4. I went in today and I didn't realize that being accepted as an alternate guarantees a spot for Spring of 2020. Feels pretty good, like a huge weight is lifted off of my shoulders! They want us to attend all of the Fall 2019 meetings just in case. Good luck to those who haven't heard back yet! @msnursingI don't remember the exact figure but I was around there somewhere too. Got an 84% on my TEAS.
  5. Got a call today to be an alternate (in the event that any room opens up), going in tomorrow to accept my position. Just going to have to see where this takes me, I've also applied to 4 other places. Congrats on getting in guys!
  6. I've already posted this elsewhere, but I want to expand this a little bit more to here. I have searched on here and read some of the opinions about it, some were positive, some were negative. I am not looking to pay for my degree and I know that's not what this place is, I am looking for a quicker way to get my degree though. With all of my prereqs done I could easily finish their program in 2.5 years, but I would have to pay close to 85k (45k in private student loans, and the rest I'm federal). I see this as an investment, but I'm just wondering what everyone else thinks here because this is obviously a huge choice for me. Any advice would be greatly appreciated positive, or negative.
