Moorpark College ADN - Fall 2019

Hello all,

I have not found a thread for the application cycle for those applying to the Moorpark program beginning Fall 2019. I thought I would get this going, so we can share thoughts, scores, and all that good stuff. Has anyone else applied? What are your stats?

It was an (805) number. I went in a little earlier to accept my position in the program. I'm sure they're still making acceptance/alternate calls. Keep us posted when you hear back! Good luck and stay positive!

hi all, i am waiting for my call as well. I calculated 76 points. I really hope I get in. I have worked so hard for this.

Got a call today to be an alternate (in the event that any room opens up), going in tomorrow to accept my position. Just going to have to see where this takes me, I've also applied to 4 other places. Congrats on getting in guys!

Does anyone know how many they accept and how many alternates?

I’m right at 75 points, I know the feeling, I’ve given up everything to pursue this, but yes stay positive, and remember you are more than a accumulation of points on a piece of paper, and your blood sweat and tears will not go unnoticed. You will get in!

They accept between 30-45 people give or take a few, I’m not sure about alternatives though.

Does anyone know how you get placed for clinicals? Do you stay at one hospital? Is it based on where you live?
