Montgomery College Nursing Spring 2022

Hello everyone !! I decided to create this thread for anyone applying to Montgomery College Spring 2022 nursing program in Takoma Park, MD. Did you guys finish all your priority courses?  Have you taken the TEAS? Have you already submitted your application? The deadline is August 1st and we will be receiving an answer via email sometime in September. Let's support each other through this entire journey and share our experiences.

Hey guys!! So I calculated my points and I got 22. Im so scared that it won’t be enough to get in the program ? And does anybody else checks their email 10000 times a day? Im so nervous!!

I haven't even bothered calculating my points, and yes I check my emails like  15 times in an hour. The anticipation is KILLING MEEEEEEEEEEEE. I really do hope we all get in, would be nice to see everyone!

Waiting is killing Me, have someone started to hear news about acceptance ??????? I’m so nervous, I really have all my hopes in this , I don’t have plan B, I feel we all deserve a chance to get into the program , I hope this semesters isn’t competitive as fall semester, cause I’m scare now cause I heard last Spring semester wasn’t too competitive but cause the pandemic maybe this year was easier for students to get their classes and TEAS done!! I’m super nervous and anxious

I haven’t heard any news about the results!! And I’m too scared to email them about when can we hear back. I don’t have a plan b neither!! ? and that’s why I wanna hear as soon as possible. Have you guys started fixing the other requirements such as the immunizations, background checks, etc.?

I am registered for the BLS/CPR certification. The immunizations etc I will be doing in November when I have my physical.

I’m getting my vaccinations together right now. I did a background check not like a two months ago. Just need to register for a CPR class

Im not sure if I should do the vaccinations and all of the other requirements now or …should I just wait for the results first?
