It's an either/or situation. If you have a prior degree, you get 3 points. If you've finished some credits but not a full degree, you get the 2 or 1 points. The total amount of points you can get if you have perfect on everything is 27. To answer your other question, if you've repeated any of the prereqs, you lose points for those categories. For example if you passed A&P1 on the first try, you get 4 points. If you retook it and passed on the second try, you lose a point for that class and only get 3 points. Hope this helped!
