Montgomery College, how long?

I sent in my application for the fall at Montgomery College today. The deadline is March 1st. Does anyone know about how long I can expect to wait before I get an answer?

I got the same answer from Charmaine Cruise, the nursing retention coordinator. Hopefully you got a more accurate answer Marissa. But seeing as tomorrow is Friday, I have my doubts. I sent my other inquiry to Dada Akitoba but haven't heard anything from her. She isn't the best at responding but I wanted to ask any and all contacts I had.

Thanks for checking on things, girls. Frankly though, I'm tired of getting different answers from everyone I've spoken to @ MC... at this point all we really can do is wait.

I agree Kristian. You'd think there'd be a consensus on a timeframe, not months apart. But I wanted to share in case you are like me and going batty. That way, if you didn't hear anything by the end of next week you could relax a few more weeks until the end of May/early June.

I just spoke with admissions. She asked me for my name, not sure if she was looking up my info...she said the letter will be going out on Monday. I asked her if she had any info specific to me, and she said no. Do you think they'll send out acceptance letters first or rejection/waitlist letters? I'm ssooo anxious!

Did you call them or did they call you? With whom did you speak with? Dada never wrote me back.

So letters are going out on Monday? I hope so. I'm so sick of waiting. I know you are all also tired of hearing me say that :-).

Maybe they do it alphabetically? But I would think acceptance would go out sooner because they will likely need to get replies and such to know how many students accept (I think usually MC is the backup plan and the other schools already sent their acceptance letters out) and so students can claim their major and enroll in the classes.

I must have gotten someone else. Perfect English. Anyhow, she told me they were still working on them but they should be going out sometime next week. She said that acceptance and rejection would be going out about the same time.

Thanks for checking. That doesn't make me feel any better, though. Don't know why I'm being so pessimistic. How are you feeling besides tired of waiting like the rest of us?
