Montgomery College, how long?

I sent in my application for the fall at Montgomery College today. The deadline is March 1st. Does anyone know about how long I can expect to wait before I get an answer?

I used care.com to find my last sitter. That is who I would be using this time too. But without knowing a hard schedule it makes it difficult to find someone.

Ya, it does make it difficult. We should know more at orientation. I wonder why we need to have a schedule form completed before registration.

what is the schedule form? I just wish we could register now. I'd also like to start buying books if I find a good deal so I wish we had a current booklist.

Hey ladies,

I faxed my letter over on Tue and also dropped it in the mail today. It's sometimes hard to find parking over there, so I thought I'd better just get it in the mail.

I don't know. The letter states something about completing one before we can register.

There's just too much to do. It would have been nice to have all of May to start it.

Is anyone else concerned about the all white uniforms we'll have to wear during clinicals? I'm already pale, so unless I start spray tanning, I'm going to look like Casper the ghost. I swear I'm dreading the uniform more than anything else. Seriously.

I went to see a counselor in MC today. She told me I need to wait 12 months away from my first TEAS to take the third one. However, the counselor seemed like knowing fewer than me about the nursing program, but she gave me other resourses to check the information. I will check it again in the information session this month.

Hey Marissa! I live in the other direction; near the intersection of University and 29 in the Four Corners/Woodmoor area.

And YES! I too am concerned about the white uniforms but not cuz I'm pale lol, just cuz I worry about them getting dirty and stained! I've seen other students at MC wearing blue scrubs before, so maybe they aren't too picky about them being white anymore?? We can only hope...

Oh, okay. I was just there at the Starbucks last week buying dog beds from a guy on Craigslist.

At the information session last spring, they made a big deal about the uniforms being all white because it's easier for the preceptors/whatever they're called, to spot you at the clinical sites. I don't know if that's true, but I guess we have to suck it up, regardless.
