MC is still experiencing partial power outage at TP/SS campus. They won't announce its opening/closure until tomorrow morning.

Tomorrow's weather forecast is sunny, highs in the mid-to-upper 70s. I'll probably wear jeans and sandals. I'm glad it's not going to be so hot. I'm done with this heat and humidity :p

Nikki, is the objective asking about the purpose of the National Patient Safety Goals? This is what I put:

In January 2003 TJC established National Patient Safety Goals in an effort to reduce the risk of medical errors. These evidence-based recommendations require health care facilities to focus their attention on a series of specific actions. Data on the achievement of the goals will be made public each year.

Are we supposed to know them all? If so, I found this:

Sorry to hear you had a stressful day Nikki. It sucks when it's your own family making things more difficult for you. I hope you had a chance to relax and unwind a little this evening.

I didn't finish the index cards for Calculating. I don't start class until 2 and then I have an hour between classes so I'll try to finish them tomorrow. I'm really excited to finally get started! I hope school is open...I really don't want to drag this out any longer. Although I know we could probably all benefit from a just a little extra time...

No, I am there from 10-8 on Mondays. Oh, Andrea and I have 2 classes together, not one as we thought...I need to walk my dog, will be back on in a little bit. I don't know about you all, I feel like it could fall asleep standing up right now.

I'm glad we have 2 weeks before we have to do today's schedule again! Lol

I think my clinical instructor, Ostchega, is going to be extremely high maintenance. We have that packet she e-mailed us from MGH about their Mandatory Education, including a post-test. And then today, she was introduced in 110 by Professor Robinson, and she handed out packets to people in her clinical that have all these things we're going to have to do after every clinical day. Oh, AND my clinical day is not from 7-5; it's apparently rom 6:30am-4:30pm!!! 7am was bad enough!!! I'm really gonna have to get to bed by 9 at the latest on Tuesday nights from now on...

LOL I definitely could too Kristian! I'm so mad I forgot to record Professor Mansir's lecture on Communication!!

So, it looks like our first exam will be on about 8 chapters from Potter and Perry and 1 chapter from Wilson. That is ALOT of reading/studying!!! Not to mention about the course guide readings...

Wow, that really sucks about your clinical time Andrea. I had trouble waking up at 7.

Nice that you guys are in 2 classes together. I didn't know anyone in mine. I wanted to know where Tina was cause we have the same schedule but since we've never met in person I had no clue.

I have class from 10-3:50 on Mondays. I am taking 121 on Fridays from 10-12:50.

I have Oschega for 110 supposedly but today they said they all rotate so who knows.
