Here is our new thread ladies (Nikki, Andrea, Kristian, Marissa...and whoever else will be starting at MC this fall).

You're welcome Nikki. Marissa mentioned the west campus parking garage. It'll be easier to park there- closest to where we need to go...

11:30am at King Street and Georgia Ave...I'll be there! As for the parking garage, does anyone know if we need an MC parking permit to park there, or is it a public one that you pay for? I've only ever parked at the student parking garage on Fenton, on the other side of the campus.

Never mind, I found it...it is a student parking garage. I'm sooo excited to finally meet you ladies and get this orientation underway. I'm with ya on sitting up front Marissa! Something I never would've done in my high school days, but now I insist on sitting as close to the front as possible! Lol

I wonder if they are going to tell us what color stethoscope we can have too. I really don't care what color it is as long as it is decent and reasonably priced. But if they make us get black only, for example, those might be more $$$.

Thanks for the links. I hadn't really been looking into these things prior to today. I'm definitely getting a Littmann classic II stethoscope though. They seem to be reasonably priced and a favorite among nursing students.
