Here is our new thread ladies (Nikki, Andrea, Kristian, Marissa...and whoever else will be starting at MC this fall).

Good for you, Tina. I need some of that motivation to rub off on me. Only task I've done today related to school is messing around w/ my equipment.

I completed 1/2 of chapter 34 last night. It goes by faster because it is a review of micro and isn't as boring as 24.

I finished w/ the note taking for ch. 24 and started ch. 34- yeah, have of it is a review of micro.

Yeah, the other half seems to be about hand hygene and how to wash.

I finished note taking for ch. 34. Will need to go back and thoroughly read all the sterile procedure tables and boxes. Moving onto ch. 38...

My husband took Lucas to Chuck E Cheese. They have a basketball game they are both addicted to. Liam is napping. I guess I should at least finish the chapter. Booooooooo!!!!

Thanks Nikki. Hopefully I'll keep going to finish ch.38 tonight. I find that if I pause between the reading to jot down notes, it's easier to get through. Plus, there's no way I could remember everything I read.

What are you taking for notes? I know Andrea said she does the key terms. I was just going to do key terms and concepts at the end of the chapter. I finished 38 last night. I thought it was almost as bad as 24.

Basically an outline of the chapters w/ terms. Yeah, I was pushing myself to get through ch. 38.

I think I'll do just the terms and key concepts in the future. I've already used half of one spiral index cards. Thanks for putting in the order.
