Hey!
Has anyone been accepted to this Monroe college program? I know they used to have it and recently bought it back. Any thought?
Hi,
I took four classes last semester ( intro to healthcare, race, Chemistry (1 and 2) and advanced social writing. You don’t need to buy textbook, they give e-book which is really good. It’s a lot of writing but it’s interesting. I am taking another four this semester then start the main nursing class in September. All the best!

Yes, they will. Did they register you for classes yet? Also, congratulations!

Hi, I am interested in Accelerated Second nursing degree. You said taking 19 credits per semester. So how many semesters for this program actually? Is it doable? I think I need to take out private student loan with it. Are professors supportive? Would you mind show me how syllabus looks like and the class schedule, I never take more than 15 credit per semester. I am middle age student, I want to finish it fast, but also wonder if its doable. I appreciate your sharing. Good luck!

I read that it’s 15 months long after you start your nursing classes which is usually the second semester. I also would like to know about the syllabus and classes scheduled like as well hmmm
Hey Guys, just wanted to learn more about the ABSN program. Can someone attest to how does their schedule look for the week? What times are your classes/clinicals/labs? How are your professors? what are the resources they give you? What did you have to purchase when first starting the program? Overall, please attest to your experience in the school because lets be honest, every school is going to have some of those negative reviews. Doesn't matter if its bashing, I just want to know how you guys feel about the program!

Hello,
My name is Brianna. I have recently applied to Monroe College's ABSN. However, I do have concerns about the program in which I am hearing mixed reviews. Some individuals are saying that this program is only accredited by the state. It is ACEN accredited. However, but I m hearing some people say it needs to be nationally accredited, if you looking to work in a hospital. Because hospitals require students to graduate from an NLN or CCNE accredited college. I am not sure if these statements are 100% true. I just wanted some feedback regarding this information, or if anyone who graduated from their nursing program had any trouble getting jobs.
