Molloy Dual Degree/Spring 2017

Hi everyone. Just looking to start a new updated thread since there aren't any threads for 2016. I applied for spring 2017 semester. I called today to check on the status of my application, and admissions told me they don't start reviewing for spring semester until Oct-Nov. Don't think the woman would fib but that seems so late to me! Just wondering if anyone else had a similar response. Has anyone received paperwork for the Nelson Denny exam or received a call about an interview? I'm so nervous I'm on edge waiting for another 3 months :-( lol

I am waiting to hear back as well. The admissions office let me know that they review applications from highest GPA to lowest.

Any updates from anyone? I was expecting to hear today. Considering its basically two months away at this point. Anything past today is getting ridiculous

I called today and they said my application is still under review.

The deadline for the first batch of applicants to accept a spot in the program was October 27 which was only a few days ago so it might take a week or two to hear back. Hang in there!

Congratulations @lcrosb! Two days ago my status changed to " Please contact the admissions office" but when I called them yesterday they had no idea why it said that. I noticed that @rpresto706 was in a similar situation. They have all my documents, and told me not to worry, but when your future is on the line that's kind of a hard thing to do. If anyone can shed some light onto this situation it would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, I received the admission status of please contact admissions office, but I unfortunately recieved a letter rejection in the mail.

How long did it take after your status change for your to receive a rejection letter? I'm so sorry to hear you didn't get in. If you don't mind me asking, did you do well on the entrance exams? Do you think it was your credentials or the entrance exams that hindered your acceptance?
