Molloy Dual Degree/Spring 2017

Hi everyone. Just looking to start a new updated thread since there aren't any threads for 2016. I applied for spring 2017 semester. I called today to check on the status of my application, and admissions told me they don't start reviewing for spring semester until Oct-Nov. Don't think the woman would fib but that seems so late to me! Just wondering if anyone else had a similar response. Has anyone received paperwork for the Nelson Denny exam or received a call about an interview? I'm so nervous I'm on edge waiting for another 3 months :-( lol

Has anyone heard anything about when acceptance letters will be out ?

I received my letter last week. I was accepted on the condition that I take that remediation math course because I somehow failed the math screening test lmao.

Hi everyone! Im getting really nervous here, I still havent heard from both the online portal or by mail. I called today and they said my application is still under review but I submitted my application in July.... I have a 3.4, took all my prerequisites and passed both Nelson Denny tests. Im truly getting concerned.

I am also waiting to hear back from them. Did you happen to ask if they send you a letter whether you're accepted or not accepted ?

Yes when I called she said they let you know either way and that you will find out through the mail

Did she tell you when they should be out by? The wait is killing me

The wait is really killing me too. I keep wanting to call again. She said the decisions can be made in early November as well. What worries me is that I know that my application was put in the first day we were able to apply

So I just got another letter in the mail yesterday stating that they have received everything except the financial aid interview. But then under the financial aid interview it says that it cant be scheduled until after I've already been accepted. I'm confused, did anyone else have this problem?

I had the same issue they kept sending me the same letters, I called them and they said I was cleared and shouldnt be receiving those letters anymore. Call admissions

I've be patiently waiting for some sort of contact like the most of you. I took both Nelson Denny and the math screening on September 21st and I already know my scores, but there has been no change in my admission status. I called them today and got more information other than, "my application is being evaluated".

They already sent out the first batch of acceptance letters, and they all have a deadline in which, students must respond. (Anyone who already got accepted, if you could share that date with the others who are still waiting to hear something, it would be greatly appreciated!) Once they know how many seats are left in the program they'll send out the next batch of acceptance letters, and the process repeats. There is a limited amount of seats and I thought applying in July was early, but admissions said they had applications from last year (knowing that, I'm assuming they're processing the applications chronologically). My fingers are crossed to hear something soon, I'm getting really impatient!
