Hi everyone! Just wanted to start a thread for Molloy's Fall 2021 Accelerated/Dual Degree Program since I haven't seen one yet!

Specializes in Microbiology Technologist.

This is what admissions wrote to me:

That is entirely up to you. Do keep in mind we only accept your first 2 attempts, at that time you can decide to send us one or both, but again this decision is entirely up to you!

 

I wrote to them:Thank you for the information. I already submitted my application for accelerated nursing program and took the TEAS exam on Monday and got 100 for math and 78.7 for reading. Do you recommend to retake the TEAS or should I submit this score?

I am so confuse, I sent out the application and pay the $40. didn't know I was supported to take the TEAS exam with my application. Now what could possible happen?

I am confused how Molloy does their nursing apps. Do I just apply to Molloy through they’re general app and select nursing as the major? I also didn’t see anything about transcripts. Do I just send it to their admissions office? Last question.... I don’t see deadlines for applications to the nursing program for fall 2021, does anyone know the deadline?

Hi! You need to apply through their transfer application. I applied a while ago so I can’t remember the exact steps but I’m pretty sure there was an option to select the specific program. I had to go through my school to send my transcripts to Molloy admissions, you can’t upload them into your app. And in terms of the deadline, no idea LOL I haven’t been able to find it anywhere. I do think it’s rolling admissions though.

Hi all! Spoke to admissions recently to add an updated doc to my application and they let me know applications would start being reviewed in mid-February/early March.

I have been beginning to refresh my email pretty often now anxiously waiting for an email (even though it is still early Feb) LOL. Anyone else? Does anyone know when students in earlier cohorts have heard back in previous years?

Congratulations! I have not heard back yet. Do you mind sharing when you applied? Also how did you hear back, did they send you an email or was it on the application portal. Congrats again, this is very exciting news!

I applied in early October. They sent me an email alerting me that there was a status update in my portal and that’s where I was able to view my acceptance!

Thank you for the information, I just checked and still no update yet. I finished submitting my application materials in early January. Hoping to receive this email soon! Congrats again ?
