Yay, glad people are finally finding this thread!
100 is an amazing score for the math!! Have you spoken to anyone from admissions? Maybe you have time to retake it and bump up your reading score.
thank you for creating it! thanks. yes I actually reschedules the TEAS exam for next week Tuesday. Did you take yours yet?
I took mine back in September (wanted to get it out of the way early LOL)
I got a 90.7% overall. My individual scores were:
Math: 96.9
Reading: 89.4
Science: 89.4
English: 87.5
Good luck on your retake!!
woww those are amazing scores. Did u consider applying to SUNY Downstate. it is cheaper
I'm submitting their application this week! Also applied to 2 programs at Stony Brook. I live on Long Island so the commute to Downstate wouldn't be ideal, but definitely love the cheaper tuition haha
yeah I totally understand. I live in Brooklyn but work in Long Island. My first choice is Suny Downstate. Molloy is my backup.Hopefully you get into all so you can pick which one you like

I am in the process of applying now. Did you send in all your materials at once? I was going to hold off to apply until I finish my TEAS (scheduled for December) but maybe I should apply now and send it after? I know that you can send in your materials over time from what I heard from an admissions rep.
Also does anyone have experience with Portage learning through Geneva College? I heard they offer cheaper classes and the admissions rep told me they would accept these credits for prereqs!

I actually just took the TEAS and earned these IDENTICAL scores. I got a 78.7 on reading and a 100 on math. I know you said they required an 80 on reading, but when I calculated it out of the total questions, a 78.7% is 1 question below! Did an admissions counselor recommend that you retake it? Or did you choose to on your own? I am very frustrated because on the practice tests I got above an 80 (often well above) each time, I just found the reading section on my TEAS to be more challenging.
I really am hoping I do not need to retake the TEAS due to getting 1 additional question wrong than what is required for admission.
Hi admissions office told me to retake it and they will take the higher score. I actually retook it and got 87 on the reading portion.

Thanks for your reply. Okay I guess I should plan to retake it, as frustrating as it is. Did they say anything about having to wait a certain period of time before retaking it for it to count? I know some programs are specific with how often you can take it and the span of time that must exist between two tests.
