MJC allnurses 2021

Published

Hello guys! I am making this post so that we can talk about our application process ? I have not seen any other post regarding MJC 2021 application period. How are you guys holding up? Any new time applicants?

Oh I see. Yeah I have all As as well. It is okay I am pretty sure you have a great chance of being accepted! I am sure you will get accepted.

Specializes in Stuff.....

I got an 81 on the TEAS and CNA with 1000 hours and all A’s except in anatomy I got a B. I’ve heard that a lot of people are getting A’s in the sciences now because they are easier to take online because they can use notes/cheat on exams

I heard that as well. My brother told me a lot of the sciences the past year just had lecture and no labs due to COVID.

I think you all have great scores. I'm not even at 80 points. I did score high on TEAS but don't have any medical experience/volunteer work, so no points there. Good luck to all applying! ?

Thank you! And it is okay you can always bring your score up and there is lottery I believe as well. Just have to keep faith and hope. Never know they might accept the full amount if the hospitals and COVID is under control.

Hey everyone! I currently have 74 pts with no TEAS. This is including grades, CNA license, 1,000 hours of work and basically everything else. I am aiming for an 80 on the TEAS so I can get 10 pts and apply with 84 fingers crossed! I have been studying and feel more and more confident everytime I realize something sticks. I take it on the 9th hopefully I have been lagging on scheduling it because I’m scared ?

Wow that is amazing. I believe you will do well! I plan on retaking mine on the 10th myself.

Ladies,

Please help me out...I have 77 points total I honestly don't know if I should do MJC campus or Columbia college since I not over the 80 points?. If it was you what would you do? I wish someone could share their experience with us if they went thru Columbia college.

Are there any applicants here applying as an advanced placement? I’m wondering what the points are for those applying as an AP into the program, but so far I’m not finding any and I know they’re out there! LOL

I will be applying with 84 points this year.

l applied last year with 77 points

good luck all

Hello all,

I am a first time applicant this year. Does anyone know how long it will take to hear anything after the application deadline? Thanks in advance.
