MJC allnurses 2020

Hi guys! I thought it would be a great idea to start a new thread for those of us who are planning on applying to Modesto Junior College RN program. It would be great if we would all share with how many points we are applying with, this would give us an idea to see what are our chances are on getting in the program. With all the new changes, it is hard to tell what the cutoff on the points will be. I will be retaking my TEAS and hoping to apply with maybe 80 points or so. Hopefully ?????

I applied with 77 points to Columbia and got an a date received 5/12

I applied to Columbia as well with 78! Mine was updated with the same date as you! Good luck to us all!

My application still doesn’t show date received am I the only one? I’m starting to feel a little anxious!

Why is the cut off so high this year ? I thought it would be lower since the application period was moved to February. ?

The MSPAR Changed people are getting five points for having all their transfer credits instead of just two

Yeah the MSPAR changes screwed me

Having all A’s , and scoring well on TEAS is not worth as many points this year.

last year 90 on TEAS gave you like 20 points this year it’s only 15.

I only seen a 1 point increase after the MSPAR changes. I was wondering which applicants would actually see a benefit from the changes.
