I'm not a lawyer, your BON, or your employer, so I can't tell you how this will affect your license and job.
As far as the BON goes, contact your BON and find out what you need to do. Some BONs want to know ASAP; others will have you wait until the renewal. Be honest about what happened. I would also start getting together as much supporting documentation as possible: proof that you made restitution, completion of any court requirements, character references, etc., in case the BON asks for it. You could also ask the BON directly (you can do it anonymously if you prefer) to see how it'd affect your license and see what they say about it, but most of the time they'll tell you it's on a case-by-case basis, and they won't give a decision until they've received all of the paperwork.
As far as your job goes, find out your facility's policy about reporting convictions, and follow it.
If you have any questions about what to say, if/when to report, whether you could lose your job, etc...then you are best served by a lawyer's advice, not ours.
Best of luck.
Thank you so much for your response! I appreciate it!
