I am looking for a school where I can get my r.n., like an associates program that puts you through to get your bsn. Is there anywhere in the cities that I can do this and still work? Are there any night/weekend places? I heard maybe north henn. Cc? Anywhere else? I have a bachelors in biomedical so I have most all the classes for any program to apply right in. Thanks

You can go to your state's BON website and look for approved programs. You can also look for accredited programs through the ACEN and CCNE websites. From there, you can narrow down what programs are in your area and visit their websites to find out which ones offer evening/weekend programs and BSN completion programs. There are also several options that if you complete an ADN program, you can complete a BSN program online instead of attending a traditional face to face class.

A lot of the schools don't tell you they have an evening option on their website, i.e. NHCC. And when you do ask any questions they tell you to go to an informational meeting...I am trying to see from other people looking around, what they found, and of course I look at the accredited ones via the states site...thanks

I have looked into many schools to see if they have evening classes. The only ones I have found are St. Kate's in 2017, NH and HCMC.

North Hennepin has an evening/weekend option for the nursing program. Its a part of the MANE system. So if you get into NHCC's nursing program, you're automatically admitted to Metro State to continue on to get your BSN. If you go straight through, you can complete the BSN in 3 years.

Look for MANE program schools. I'm in a MANE curriculum currently and it transfers over automatically with duel enrollment. So, if your accepted into the MANE program then your accepted into the 4 yr. program/school as well. Some colleges BSN programs are all online and encourage you to work while going to school (count as clinical hours).

Have you looked at any post-baccaulaurette programs? Other than that the MANE programs have RN-BSN completion as others have mentioned.

St scholastica has a post baccalaureate program through their st cloud campus. It's all online expect for 4-6 days (weekends) for clinical per semester.
