Hello All I would like some updated info on mildred elley any information about the lpn program. Anything and everything about the program would be appreciated.

No problem. Keep in mind that since AMG hasn't been around very long (I believe a year or two) you would have to cover your tuition with loans since they don't qualify to be paid with financial aid yet. When I called earlier this year I was also informed that they have their own entrance exam that they use, so if you have any Tabe, Teas, or Cnet scores it won't matter. They also have a testing fee in addition to their application fee which is about 115.00 if I remember correctly. Give them a call maybe something can be worked out or even better maybe they offer

financial aid now :-)

I hope this helps.

It really does help thank you, I will look into it hopefully they have financial aid if not I'll see what mildred elley says.

Specializes in Complex pedi to LTC/SA & now a manager.

Moved to NY State Nursing Program to elicit further response.

Best of luck in your educational endeavors.

Well I spoke with AMG and they still don't qualify for financial aid so they said students use a payment plan and that honestly is too much to take on for me anyway. Midred Elley has separated there program I am goint in today to talk to an admissions rep and see what has changed with there program.

Well just came back from Mildred Elley and this is what they had to say they separated the program because it was too much confusion they way they had it, the program is still 16 months however, you have to take the compass and score a certain percent on each section you have two tries then you have to take the teas V and the highest scores get in she didn't say what score you have to get its basically the highest scores of those that are applying at the time. They have the articulation agreement with helen fuld. So that was it basically and I am going to take the compass next monday and see what happens I am not sure what to study she said theres no study guide so I guess I will just study the basics. I am going to still apply to midmanhattan and goldwater just in case.

Wish Me luck:)

That's great to hear :-) you should invest in a Teas study guide, it helped me a lot. I can't make any recommendations about the compass I've never taken that one before.

Best of luck to you :-)

look into the program and see everything in writing before.
