Midwestern University CRNA Applicants 2024

Super nervous! Midwestern University is officially the first school I have truly submitted to and hoping to get in. 

Stats: 

  • 6 years ICU: neuro, trauma, surgical, medical 
  • GPA 3.83 with some grad level courses 
  • Science GPA is about 3.5- so a little low

Hey all! 

Just got my invite to interview on May 2nd. I applied on Jan 16th.

Here are my stats if anyone is curious:

GPA 4.0 culm and science, 2.5 years ICU experience in MICU, Surgical/Trauma ICU, and Neuro ICU all in Level 1 trauma centers, CCRN, NIH stroke, TCAR, and BLS/ACLS. I precept but thats really it. Not apart of any committees and have not done any research or anything. Hopefully not too much of a turn off for them LOL. 

If anyone interviews let us know how it goes!

When were your transcripts verified? It's weird how some people applied early and haven't heard anything back, whereas others who just applied have already received interview invites

Mine didn't get verified until late December because of maiden name issues.

Haven't been rejected or offered an interview yet and I applied in Dec. At this point, I'm just waiting for a rejection email LOL.
