Relax everyone. I called the director few weeks ago. She said they were still sorting. Letters will be mailed in July. Gives us more time to get that money ready which is due in July.

Hey piink, thanks for the kind words. I'm glad you completed the prep program successfully.

To everyone that has been accepted, the classes you are seeing on blackboard are subject to change. When i was accepted, the classes that were posted were taken in a different order that how it was supposed to. It usually depends on the intructors that are available to teach the courses. Of course you will complete basic classes like fundamentals, body structure and drug calc. But the other course are liable to change based on the availability the instructors that available to teach the class. aqgain good luck to everyone. :up:

Also to those who have not heard about if they got accepted yet. Please be advised that all three schools have been on break since June 24th,2011 until July 6th. Even if you speak to someone on the phone there are actually attending professional meetings and setting up NCLEX prep classes for those of us who just graduated. That what i was told because i have a friend who has applied to this year's program.

So just hang in there, you should here something by the end of july.

Thank you for the heads up guys!!! I think we're all freaking out because the director told us June and now it's been pushed back to July (for legitimate reasons). From the previous posts dating back a year or so, some people did not find out till August and orientation/registrations were held in late august, early September. I hope that doesn't happen this year, as it will help me decide whether or not I will be staying in NYC.

I applied for the Goldwater and Brooklyn campus. I handed in my application early June and still nothing -__- I checked on blackboard and I do see the 2012 LPN class enrollment but I don't want to get too excited lol

@FutureNurseTammy: Don't worry we're all waiting with you. I handed in my application the first week of March. I was the 1st person to hand in the application so I've been waiting ever since. Someone had called the school and was told they are currently in the process of going through the applications. Therefore, it would be a few more weeks before we get the decisions.

Oh I also called someone told me they are trying to see how many teachers they will have so they know how many applicants to accept.

@Piink I hope we both get into Goldwater!

Oh wow! thanks for the info! I was under the impression they accept 150 applicants total (50 for each location).

if im not mistaken, last year they had about 40 in each school...
