Hello all,

I figure since those of us that have passed the waiting phase are now in the acceptance phrase and waiting to start the program we can start a new post.

Congrats to all again!

Who will be in Manhattan

And Brooklyn?

Where you getting your supplies?

Anyone plan on making many friends or keeping their head in the books at all times?

If possible this can be our go to for the year.

I saw the scrubs they have front side pockets. Anyone else work in the medical field. Those are my pet peeve uni's. The tops have a wide funny fit like a dress bc of the pockets. Will not buy those!

Hi everyone!

I just found out about this page thanks to facebook. I also got into the LPN program. I haven't received news where I'm going yet (Brooklyn or Manhattan). I hope that I'll get a seat in Brooklyn.

Anyway I'm bought most of my books. Has anyone bought them all yet? I'm holding off getting some of the really expensive ones but not for much longer since classes are starting soon and I don't want to run the risk of books becoming unavailable.

My main question is on this book: Nursing Leadership, Management, and Professional Practice for the LPN/LVN: From Nursing School and Beyond

I wanted to buy this one used. Does anyone know if it comes with internet access code or a cd?

I did as well. Even left them in my cart for a couple of days and the books went down by $50 so I was excited and grabbed them right up.
