Miami Dade College Spring 2015 RN Program

Hi all!

I wanted to start a thread for all of the Spring 2015 MDC RN applicants. I finally finished all of my pre-req's, and have started studying for the NLN PAX RN exam. I am hoping this thread, like many other MDC threads of the past, can help us all to build friendships, support one another, and most importantly, help us through this difficult process. Welcome! :)

Hi Janna K! Excellent! I then know a classmate! I'm off Campbell drive so it would be a bit tough to make it to medical campus with dropping off a child at school. Much prefer the one in Homestead just because it makes life easier. Traffic downtown is horribly scary at times.... Just thinking about being stuck everyday causes anxiety.

Am very thankful that I will be in Homestead! Now to start doing all those things on the list........

Those who have not gotten an email- don't give up. There will still be emails going out as the deadline for everyone to turn in their acceptance is the 24th. Not everyone who gets accepted will choose to enter the program.

Yes I know its only bachelors. So I will go for my bachelors if I go there

I'm still waiting for NOVA I now someone with a 3.6 and 3.7 and she didn't receive anything.

The second batch will probably be sent out by next week after the 26. Considering that's the deadline to decline or accept your spot. Just keep thinking postively. Never get discouraged, you've made it this far. Relax & believe in your efforts.

I just couldn't wait I went and paid for my seat!! I was expecting to sit down with the advisor and have a conversation about everything about to come, instead I paid my fee then signed a yellow paper and that was it!! The advisor told me you are all set!! Which was kinda anticlamatic. Nothing has changed in my degree audit so far

ha same here I didnt know we can apply to more than one program I could have applied for the part time option well too bad :unsure:
