Miami Dade College Spring 2015 RN Program

Hi all!

I wanted to start a thread for all of the Spring 2015 MDC RN applicants. I finally finished all of my pre-req's, and have started studying for the NLN PAX RN exam. I am hoping this thread, like many other MDC threads of the past, can help us all to build friendships, support one another, and most importantly, help us through this difficult process. Welcome! :)

I'm thinking about going to Broward too, just in case. Another option I'm looking into is the LPN program at Miami Lakes Tech, and then do transitional.

I called the school like an hr ago and they told me e-nails will be sent out by Halloween :/.. I'm starting to be negative.. My interview for nova is on Wednesday but the physiology part is killing me.. And I haven't had much time to study lets just hope for the best.

I called them also and they gave me other information. They said by mid October.... Who knows... the wait is nerve wrecking

I have a 3.3 GPA overall. And I also have a bachelors so I applied to the generic and accelerated programs.

I got an email from MDC today about the Animation Conference and Festival but the subject stated "Get Animated". I really thought that was it, lol, my heart stopped for a second . This wait is killing me too guys. I am tryin to be positive and this threat helps me; I have a feeling I am getting in. Thank u guys for being so positive, supportive and creating this threat; it certainly makes this waiting time and anxiety less harder.

I wonder who is planning on going to the Medical Campus (the one in Miami) for the FT program...Everyone posting here seems so friendly; I hope we get to be classmates.

I called the other day and they told me at the end of October, thats crazy ! I was not too convinced and called this morning and they told me it could be six weeks after the deathline so, somewhere around the 15th ...

I hope that on the 15 they start sending out emails. This waiting is killing me
