Hello everyone! The Baptist Health Miami RN residency is about to open in August 2022. I wanted to get the conversation started and see if anyone has any updates so far? Or if the previous cohorts have any interview question tips or tips in general.
Best of luck to everyone who is applying in this cohort!

The residency in Miami is the biggest BS of all time. You only learn by being ON the floor. The residency people make you log into zoom courses and lectures and it’s like school all over again. They even make you do a group project.

Wow. Did you start this past July?

Hi, I also applied to this. Waiting to hear back. Has anyone reached out to you yet? I'm not sure what they're starting pay is but I do know some new grads are being placed in high critical areas if requested.
Starting pay is $29.50 w/o the differential.
Thank you for sharing. It seems that baptist is a bit on the lower end compared to HCA ($32 w/o differential) and Sinai ($31 w/o differential)... Any idea of (UM or Jackson)?
It’s starting at $29.50, but with specialities will be more.
Makes sense. When I asked a recruiter, they emphasized this along with contingency on years of nursing experience.

Just applied to Bethesda Health for the new grad RN residency program. Wondering if anyone else applied to the Boynton Beach location? Not too sure how this process works LOL

Hi, I just interviewed for the residency program here in Boca Raton. I got the email that states that they have moved on with another candidate. It was the orthopedics floor.
