MHCC, CCC, PCC, OHSU 2021/2022

Hello, this is my first year applying to nursing schools. I applied to pretty much most of the OCNE schools for nursing. Anyone can chime in with stats, questions or updates!

How do mhcc applicants feel about their interviews? It's hard to wow someone when you are only given 2 minutes

I felt a lot better about it than I thought I was going to- I was totally expecting to bomb it because I suck at interviews and just speaking in front of people general! ? I did feel like I went off topic on the first question a bit. I actually did better with the second question because it wasn't one I had reheorificed at all so it felt more natural

This was my first zoom interview in general and wow I was nervous but at least I kept my composure till the end.

The two questions wasn't that bad for MHCC ? It was my first rodeo but I felt pretty confident. Also, I have my CCC interview next week and I heard from word of mouth that CCC gives out weird questions. I don't know how I feel about that as their group interviews are smaller and it will last for 1 1/2 hours (60 min orally). Is anyone here doing CCC interviews too?

So scared. I feel like looking back at the mhcc interview it feels like a blur. I was just comparing myself so much with everyone else. I’ve heard that CCC gives more scenario based questions?

Yes! CCC gives out more scenario based questions. There isn't just one way of answering them so you got to be confident.

Yes! I had interviews to both and CCC gives you 4 questions. I feel more confident about CCC I feel like the answers to the questions flowed better, and they get to know you more with 4 questions, not just 2. MHCC I feel a little uneasy about since it was also timed so I did not want to go over the limit.

Hi! Do you know when MHCC gives out their results on who gets accepted/waitlist etc? I heard it's June but some people tell me May.
