MGH BSN 2012

Hi all! Anyone else out there apply for the MGH Accelerated BSN class starting in January of 2012? I've read that some people who were waitlisted for the cohort starting this month were offered spots in the Jan 2012 class, so I'm wondering how many people were offered and accepted that option... hopefully that doesn't cut down on the spots available too significantly. But, I also wonder if not as many people were aware they opened up this new class, so maybe fewer applicants?? Or maybe that's just wishful thinking :)

I got my acceptance letter yesterday!!!

I am so excited to come to Boston! I'm from Wisconsin, but it will be a good adventure!

Would anyone be interested in joining a facebook group? I see there was one for the May 2011 cohort.

Also, I was wondering what you guys know about Tuition Reimbursement. And if MGH helps with job placement once we finish the program?

PequeSD, I remember you from the previous cohort's thread. I was waitlisted for the May cohort and never got the call. However, I was accepted for the January cohort. Didn't you decide to begin your program in January, too?

Congrats on you acceptance!!! I did decide to join the January cohort so we'll all be classmates :) I just moved to Boston a couple weeks ago just to get to know the city before we start. Our school is so nice! Can't wait to start and meet you all :)

Thanks! We live north of Boston on the north shore. I absolutely love Boston ~ we go into the city often.

I got in, too! Congratulations everyone! I would definitely be interested in joining a Facebook group, I think that's a great idea. Maybe if anyone wants to meet up before school starts we can arrange it on there. It would be a good way for some of us locals to help the newcomers get to know Boston, too.

I tried to start a group on facebook, but I need more than just myself to start it. Can someone add me on facebook so we can open it up? My name is Diana Sopkowicz. And I'm pretty sure I'm the only one so there won't be an issue on who to add.

Once I get it started it will be "MGH-ABSN: January 2012"
