MGH Accelerated BSN Spring 2014

Hello,

I am new to this forum. I am starting my application for MGH accelerated BSN for Spring 2014. Has anyone applied or planning on applying? Any alumni, what has been your experience so far?

I have a BS and MBA. I work as a clinical research specialist at a hospital. I took A&P I and nutrition. I am taking micro lab (summer 2013) and A&P II in fall 2013. I have taken other pre requites already.

Is the MGH program better than UMASS/MCPHS/Curry? MGH ($59K) is expensive than UMASS ($26K), am I looking at the right tuition??

Specializes in ICU, step down, dialysis.

I Created a group just look up MGH ABSN Spring 2014. I guess I haven't quite used allnurses enough to be able to PM people yet!

Couldn't find the Facebook group either.

i found the one alyssa made by searching her name and it shows she made the group and then you can just click it and add the group!

The one you created is a page and not a group which is what in did by accident the first time lol I'll try to private message everyone the link or you can just search my name on fb. I'm not sure why the group isn't showing up when people search for it that's really strange.

Oh and I can't private message people because I haven't posted 15 topics sooo I think people should just search my name "alyssa malloch" and it should show up and I'll work on figuring out why it isn't showing up. It may be because it's not popular enough yet and if when searching you start typing it in and the drop down of options shows up you click the thing that says "more results" you might find it

I got an email from the admission office Saturday afternoon saying that my admission decision will be available to view on 'My Application' on August 31. I got accepted :-) but now I am having double thoughts because of reading so much about new graduate RNs finding no jobs and the hype about lack of nurses etc.

I have a graduate degree (MBA) and have a good job at a hospital. I am so confused :-( any advice?

If you look me up "alyssa malloch" it should prob show up. If not, log into fb and add into the link /groups/707580299256272/
