Methodist San Antonio

Hi all,

I have seen several posting about Methodist hospitals in the Houston area but I was hoping someone had some info on Methodist in San Antonio.

I graduate in two weeks (yeah!) I have interviewed for an internship which I am pretty excited about. I was told by several classmates that Methodist is the lowest paying hospital in San Antonio. I heard they start out at $18 an hour while Baptist starts at $21.50 and Santa Rosa at $22. Does anyone have any recent experience at this hospital or have done an internship as a new grad that could give me any advice?

The teaching facility here locally is going to be University Hospital. They are very large. Some other larger places are Methodist Main hopsital, Downtown Baptist and Christus Santa Rosa Main. They will all have the kind of atmosphere you would be used to in a teaching type of facility. Where I work is privately owned and very fast paced and busy.... NOT a teaching type of facility.
