Hey! I just got an offer today. I’m so happy and excited. The interview actually went pretty great. They basically asked me just about 2-3 questions and the rest was mostly them telling me about the job and the expectations. I’ve heard ICU interviews can be tense but mine was really more of a conversation. After interviewing with the nurse manager and educator, I got to tour the unit and then have a peer discussion with a few of the nurses on the floor. Overall, it was a positive experience.

Thank you. I did get it ??. Praying you land a few as well so you can get to choose which works best for you.

Not sure if anyone is still waiting to hear, but I got an interview for L&D last week and got an offer this week. I think methodist just waits longer than other hospitals to hire residents.

Oh wow congratulations!!? I pray I get an interview and offer from them for that unit! Any tips?! And do you mind to share offer range?!  Thank you so much for that update

Yes, it’s at methodist dallas. @Precious92 and the pay is 30.50 plus differential. just be yourself! they’re super easy to talk to. @CaliNurse29

Oh okay that’s doable! In hope I can negotiate! That’s what I get paid now as a LVN so fingers crossed! I am so happy for you ! Thank you for your tips!

congratulations. @Precious92  anything yet? I just got an offer with the Dallas location yesterday... and a few emails to interview yesterday. Hopefully you will get to hear from them soon.

Nothing yet for me! I’m so anxious … even a little worried, I have submitted like 10 applications
