Congratulations!! That’s awesome! Do you know what the pay ranges and shift differentials are for Methodist?

Thank you! ? My offer has a base of $30.50 with differentials of $3.25 for evening, $4.00 for nights, and $6.50 for weekends.

Thank you for sharing! Hopefully once I hear back I can negotiate due to having 8 years + experience in the field from being a CNA and LVN ????

I am an LVN also!! Do you mind sharing if you were able to negotiate and what their offers are based on different years of experience? I know some hospitals have a set rate, no matter if you have experience or not while some do offer more. Not sure how Methodist is?

I am not sure yet I am still waiting for my 9 applications for the units I want to process, I’m still waiting to hear anything unfortunately, with everything that has happened in recent news with this particular unit I will have to be patient

I just interviewed for the ICU nurse residency at Methodist Richardson this past Thursday. Hopefully I hear back from them soon.
