I hate to sound like such a retard..but what exactly are the first 2 phases?

Hehe. Having a 3.0 gpa and the pre Reqs done, then getting an 80% or above on the Chancellors Formula. If you "pass" those phases (ie good grades and 1 or less repeats), then you are put into the lottery. A lot of people don't pass those phases due to having Ws or too le of a gpa.

Got my letter today saying to submit my TEAS scores. Yay! Have to wait until May 25th to hear the results of the lottery. That is going to be one loooong month

I got it, I live in Hayward. I'm on the alternate list. I've heard such terrible things about this program. Even if I do get in, I'm terrified of what will come.

Haha.. I have heard not so great things also! Just gotta work soo hard!! so you will be at the orientation?
