Hello,
Has anyone applied for the Mercy college accelerated second degree weekend program? I recently started my application and I would like to meet other students who have applied or are planning to apply. Also, students who are currently in the program and advice or tips on the program?
I look forward to your response.
best regards,
Amanda :)

I am a little nervous though because on my acceptance letter it didn't specify that I was in the weekend program, just that I had been accepted to the accelerated program. Did it specify on y'alls acceptance that you were in the weekend program? I thought I had applied to the weekend but maybe I messed up LOL. Either way I'm super excited/nervous, especially because I've lived my whole life in Texas/Oklahoma so coming to NYC is a BIG move for me, and getting in made it so much more real that I'm actually gonna do it!
Congrats! Mine didn’t either, but I did select it when I applied! And welcome to NYC! My sisters live in San Antonio so I know it’ll be a bit of a drastic change for you here but I hope you’ll fit right in ?
In the info session that Mercy College held they said the same thing. So clinicals can be within NYC or as far as 75 miles away. I remember they mentioned that although they try very hard to place students in clinical sites that’s closest to the students, at times that’s not possible and therefore they can’t guarantee where your clinicals will be.

I joined! Now my request is pending.

I'm not 100% sure if it's accurate but someone on another Mercy accelerated thread said they were told the weekend program only has 35 seats, so it may be really small
