Mercy College Accelerated weekend program 2022

Hello, 

Has anyone applied for the Mercy college accelerated second degree weekend program? I recently started my application and I would like to meet other students who have applied or are planning to apply. Also, students who are currently in the program and advice or tips on the program?

I just got my acceptance earlier today! I posted in another Mercy Accelerated Thread, but figured I'd post here since I specifically applied for the Fall 2022 weekend program. Best of luck to everyone who is still waiting, decisions should be coming soon!

Hello everyone! I have just been accepted to the Mercy College ABSN Program for the weekend. I’m looking forward to meeting some new people. I’ll actually be working 9-5 Monday through Thursday and attending the program the other days. I work currently as a forensic scientist but I’m excited for the switch. Looking forward to meeting you all!

Congrats everyone! I also got my acceptance today! I am a little nervous though because on my acceptance letter it didn't specify that I was in the weekend program, just that I had been accepted to the accelerated program. Did it specify on y'alls acceptance that you were in the weekend program? I thought I had applied to the weekend but maybe I messed up LOL. Either way I'm super excited/nervous, especially because I've lived my whole life in Texas/Oklahoma so coming to NYC is a BIG move for me, and getting in made it so much more real that I'm actually gonna do it!

My acceptance letter didn’t specify that it was specifically the weekend program either and that’s what I applied for. So you’re not alone. I’m assuming that’s how everyone’s is. And welcome to NY!!
