Starting a thread for any ADN applicants. This will be my first year applying to nursing programs. Already have a Bachelor's in Health Administration but GPA is only 3.35. Looking for others starting the process :).

I remember that last time the email came in the afternoon. I had to walk outside in the heat to tell my husband I didn’t make it…again.

The reason I’m open about my experiences are to help others cope with how it unfolds. The biggest takeaway is that we are not defined by our inability to gain admittance into nursing school (even though it really feels like it). I graduated Summa Cum Laude from Sac State in December, yet I cant seem to get accepted into nursing school.
