Merced College Fall 2022/Spring 2023 ADN

Starting a thread for any ADN applicants. This will be my first year applying to nursing programs. Already have a Bachelor's in Health Administration but GPA is only 3.35. Looking for others starting the process :).

It’s nerve-racking. Any chance you know if denial emails come out before acceptance emails?

I have come to the acceptance of not being accepted since this is my first time applying here  only with 68 pts and I do have classes at Fresno to keep me busy till next application period.  I have met you in the FCC chat and I hope you get in for as many times that you have applied you are well deserved of a spot, wishing you the best of luck this raffle ?

How many are chosen? I think I remember counselor say there were 400 applicants.

I think Barbie deserves a spot I have gone years back and I see her all the time applying so I am praying for you with all my heart this is your year ??

I'm hanging in there as well. Thankfully I have some life events (my daughter graduating from high school) that keep me from dwelling too much. Although, it is still weighing on me.

Don't give up hope Janette. There is still a good chance of making it through the lottery pool.

LOL. I like to think of it as my "second act". After being mostly a stay at home Mom for about 22 years, both of my daughters have been accepted into good colleges in the Fall. So, it's my time to contribute in other ways.
